Dick Young and his son Jeff started INNOVA with one laser and a rented building in the mid 1990s. The company has grown rapidly and today has several lasers and an array of other equipment in a company-owned building. enabling them to meet the needs of the area's largest OEMs. The company is centrally located in Fergus Falls, MN and has quick access to Minnesota's entire I-94 corridor.

Dick and Jeff Young bring a long history of working in the metal fabrication manufacturing industry in Minnesota and the Western Dakotas.
